Modern Cottage

Sitting on acreage this home needed some serious love to match it to the property. The dark kitchen and closed off island really hid the beauty of the home.

We took out everything, including the stairs! The ceilings were raised and floors updated to bring a warmer and brighter feel to the space. Our client chose a lovely warm custom stain for their white oak cabinets that perfectly reflected their quartzite countertops & brass hardware.

We redid the stairs to match the floors and added a custom iron railing to modernize the space a bit more.
